Creating YOUR Fitness Solution

Your fitness solution must be individually tailored to meet your needs and ability level. Through a series of intake questions and fitness assessments, AFS’ experienced fitness practitioners can help determine which program or combination of programs is right for you. Your fitness solution will integrate a combination of circuit training, strength training, cardiovascular training, and nutrition; all under the guidance of your AFS fitness practitioner, to maximize your results. All AFS Fitness Solutions programs include the following, at one low cost:

  • Assignment to a Fitness Practitioner, who functions as your personal trainer, to hold you accountable and ensures all aspects of the program are individualized
  • Baseline & Bi-Monthly Body Composition Evaluations
  • Metabolic Analysis
  • Weekly Food Log Evaluation & Nutritional Counseling
  • Supplemental Exercise Prescription
